On the Evolution of Species by Means of Social Studies

A poem against evolution. Against evolution in a poetic manner.

- The Writing Bibingka (AMDG)

Evolution, I really dislike you.
May thunder smite you.
And Charles Darwin, too.
Oh wait he’s dead.
Was he mad?
What an odd lad!
Evolution,
Makes my tongue go contortions!
Australopithecus ramidus,
Sahelantropus tchadensis,
How in the world do I read this?!?!
Evolution is a theory,
Why art thou studied
If thy be, but a theory?
What a great mystery!
You make high school life fill with misery!
A year of Philippine history,
Another about Asia,
Now the world.
But, every year about evolution!
What treachery!
Thou art against my beliefs,
Thou offer no relief.
Thou boggle our minds,
Twist and turn tongues,
I’d rather have mangorind.
Than be driven out of my mind,
By you evolution!
Three years of evolution,
But why not study about creation?
Why, o why
Do we study,
That contradictory to Genesis?
I’d rather study Genesis,
Than thou evolution,
You’re officially one of my enemies.
